FFL Tranfers

Customers may purchase firearms from other Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers and have them shipped to Bearded Arms for transfer. 

• Once a firearm is delivered to our store, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. 
• We will contact you when your transfer is ready for pickup and are by APPOINTMENT ONLY!
• To avoid delays, the sending dealer MUST include a copy of their FFL
• The recipient's name and contact information MUST be included

 Transfer Fees 

• $25 for the first standard firearm 
• $15 for each additional firearm picked up at the same time 
• $75 for NFA items requiring Form 4 completion (suppressors, SBRs, etc.) 
• $50 for each additional NFA item completed at the same time 
• Non-firearm items (ammunition, optics, parts, accessories, etc.) are subject to a $25 storage and handling fee 

Hold Policy 

• Firearms will be held for up to 90 days after we notify you that the transfer is ready for pickup. 
• Customers will be contacted periodically during this time. 
• If the firearm is not picked up after the final notice and grace period, it will be considered abandoned and may be acquired into Bearded Arm's inventory. 
• Non-firearm items will be held for 30 days under the same notification process.
